Weekend Vikings arranges guided group tours, private tours, by-air trips and trekking adventures across Northern Pakistan, including transport, accommodation, permits and local guides as described for each tour. Tour details, inclusions and itineraries are shown on the relevant tour page and confirmed with you before booking.
Submitting a booking, reservation or contact form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, is an enquiry — not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once our team has agreed the details with you and you have paid any required advance, as communicated to you at the time of booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate information (names, contact details, traveller numbers and dates). We are not liable for problems caused by incorrect details you provide.
Tour prices are shown on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may change due to factors outside our control (such as fuel, fees or supplier costs) until your booking is confirmed. Any advance payment, balance amount and payment method will be communicated to you directly by our team. We do not collect card payments through this website.
Cancellation and refund terms for each trip are communicated to you at the time of booking and depend on the tour, timing and supplier conditions. If you need to cancel or change your trip, contact us as early as possible and we will advise the available options. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, weather, road conditions or other circumstances; in such cases we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of recoverable amounts where possible.
Travel in mountainous and remote areas of Northern Pakistan involves inherent risks, including difficult roads, high altitude, weather changes and limited facilities. By booking with us, you accept these risks. You are responsible for:
We strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel and medical insurance appropriate to your trip. Weekend Vikings is not responsible for medical, evacuation or personal costs that fall outside the agreed tour inclusions.
We take reasonable care to deliver our tours safely and as described. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekend Vikings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays, disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We are not responsible for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, landslides, road or border closures, extreme weather, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, or government action.
By contacting us through our forms or WhatsApp, you agree that we may respond and follow up with you by phone, WhatsApp or email regarding your enquiry or booking. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
