Overview

The grand tour of the north — eight days linking the two jewels of Gilgit-Baltistan. Begin in Skardu with the Kachura lakes, Sarfaranga cold desert and the vast Deosai Plains, then cross to the Hunza valley for Karimabad's ancient forts, the turquoise Attabad Lake, the Passu Cones, the Hussaini suspension bridge and a run to the Khunjerab Pass on the Pakistan-China border.

Lakes, deserts, glaciers, forts and the highest paved border crossing in the world — fully guided from pickup to drop-off, with a bonfire and a traditional musical night. Departures run weekly from both Islamabad and Lahore.
